These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pastisch Repair’s Website, located at https://www.pastischrepair.com/.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: ”Client”, ”You” and ”Your” refers to you, the person who logs onto this website and complies to the Company’s terms and conditions. ”The Company”, ”Ourselves”, ”We”, ”Our” and ”Us”, refers to our Company. ”Party”, ”Parties”, or ”Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. “Correction”: shall mean repair/mending or adjustment of a piece of garment/clothing/item. “Item” shall mean the garment/piece of clothing that a customer orders a correction of at Pastischrepair.com



All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the prevailing law of Sweden. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.



TERMS OF PURCHASE



By going through with a purchase at pastischrepair.com, the customer/You accept the following agreement:



Refunds and /additional/ Corrections



If a Correction is done poorly/not up to standards, the Customer/You can, within 14 days after receiving the Item, address the issue and request a refund or an additional correction.



To request a refund or an additional Correction for an Item, please contact info@pastischrepair.com where You will be asked to upload/send pictures of the Item and give a detailed description of the reasons behind Your request along with your order number. We will contact you within 7-14 business days. 



A refund or additional Correction is only possible if the Correction does not meet the standard/done poorly. 

A refund will be done only after we have inspected the item in person and approved it. If a refund is not possible, we will offer you an additional Correction of the item.



Pastisch makes the assessment according to 2.1 at its sole discretion.





Guarantees



Our guarantee applies only to the relevant correction ordered by You. Our guarantee implies the following: 

Breakage of Correction within 6 months from the time of purchase.

Our guarantee does not apply to:

Breakage or similar on the Item that is not in the immediate area of Correction.

Breakage caused by careless handling of the Item.

Damage/wear to the Item due to normal wear/in a way that a new Item would be damaged. 

Pastisch makes the assessment according to 2.2. at its sole discretion.



Transport and delivery



The delivery is estimated to be done within 14 days after we receive Your order, but can vary depending on workload and external circumstances. 



We ship with Postnord and are not responsible if Your package gets lost, damaged or delayed during transport. If you are experiencing the above, contact us at info@pastischrepair.com  with your tracking number and we will do a reclaim on Postnord. Read more here.



Right of withdrawal



We do not apply the right of withdrawal to Our service since all purchases are made upon request. 





Damaged goods during transport



If there has been damage during the transportation, the Customer has the obligation to prove that any damage has occurred during the transportation. The Customer is responsible to provide evidence as soon as any damaged Item has arrived. Please contact us at info@pastischrepair.com with your tracking number and we will do a reclaim on Postnord.



Delays



If You are experiencing delays You can use Your tracking number to track Your parcel at Postnord.se. 



Lost parcel



If the parcel is lost, please contact us at info@pastischrepair.com with Your tracking number and we will do a reclaim on Postnord. 



Process of purchase



You will be asked to fill in a form which is a purchase request.  Please note that filling in the form is not equivalent to placing an order.

After filling in the form, You will get an email with a price proposal that You can choose to accept or not accept according to instructions. By accepting the proposal, You agree to our Terms and Conditions and undertake to fulfill the process and the payment instructions. After the payment has gone through, You will get an order confirmation by email. 



Pricing

Prices shown on Our Website are an estimate and not fixed since every correction is individual and unique. The relevant price for Your request/order is the price indicated in Your e-mail with the price proposal.



Tailors



We work with external authorized tailors in and around Stockholm. In that way, we do not compete with already existing tailors but instead provide them with customers. We have entered into separate agreements with assigned tailors regulating the parties rights and obligations.



Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing pastischrepair.com, You agree to the use of cookies in accordance with the Pastisch Repair’s Privacy Policy.
